The town of Bennett, incorporated in 1930, is located 35 miles east of Denver and is developing into one of eastern Colorado's premier rural town centers. Bennett offers affordable housing, great schools, miles of walking and biking trails, parks, a community and recreation center, more than 200 acres of protected open spaces, and a strong small business environment. They care about their employees, customers, and communities. When she is not working or attending classes, Stephanie enjoys traveling, reading and watching movies.

Casey is a Colorado Native, who spends her free time with her many animals, fishing, camping, or (attempting to) renovate her early 1900's farm house. Banking was a career shift that she was very enthusiastic about, and highly encouraged, to make. Joining the High Plains Bank team has been a dream come true. Ciara was born in Colorado and grew up in Bennett; she attended Bennett School District from Kindergarten to senior graduation. After high school, she worked in the mental health field and went to college for Human Services at Metropolitan State University of Denver. Ciara enjoys spending her free time with her husband, Trooper, her Shih Tzu puppy, Eevee, and her dear friends. She met her husband at a local church at the beginning of 2020. Her hobbies include going for motorcycle rides with her husband, exploring new restaurants, and playing games with family and friends.

Wade was born and raised on family ranch in Yoder, Colorado which his family is still active in. He began his banking career in Greeley at United Bank- now Wells Fargo- and also worked for Production Credit, now Farm Credit, in Colorado Springs a few years before starting at Farmers State of Calhan where he worked for 22 years. Wade enjoys helping customers achieve their financial goals and the relationships that develop. He also has an appreciation for green grass, good cattle, and family.

Genesis has worked in customer service for 15+ years. It has built a foundation for communication skills and teamwork. Volunteering with Denver's homeless teens helped her observe and learn from all demographics, and build those relationships that continue to flourish today. Food service management taught her attention to detail and problem solving. Managing people, while at a utility company, was integral to empowering others to grow, learn, and be better. She is a natural leader who believes in helping her family and community. Genesis was born in Colorado; however, her family moved around. She returned to Colorado and attended Arapahoe Community College. Genesis is so happy for the opportunity to be at High Plains Bank. She looks forward to new challenges and continued teamwork in her development. She enjoys her family (including two rescue dogs), friends, and is THE biggest Broncos fan!

Quinton Kopang

Quinton Kopang has more than three years of banking experience mostly as a Credit Analyst/Reviewer. Quinton has also spent time as a teller and in the bookkeeping department. He has a Business Management Degree and a Certificate of Supply Chain from Colorado State University- Fort Collins. Quinton is thrilled to be able to return to his hometown of Bennett, and is looking forward to being able to work in the Bennett community and grow his banking knowledge with High Plains Bank. Before getting into banking, Quinton spent time landscaping (in Colorado) and pipelining (in Nebraska). He enjoys spending time with his nieces and nephew, cheering on the Denver Broncos, and spending time outdoors.

Karin attended Metro State University and graduated with a psychology degree. She began her work life in the stock market, then became a mortgage broker and then worked as an operations manager at a title company that included title examiner duties.

She chose HPB because she wanted to work in her community and she wanted to get back into finance. What she likes most about HPB is the family environment; a place where everybody knows your name. Karin stays busy with her three daughters. They love to camp, go boating and game/movie nights.

Lynn moved to Colorado about 15 years ago and lives outside of Brighton with her husband and two rescue dogss, Trinka and Maisey. She and her husband love spending time in the mountains in their camper or kayaking a little closer to home on Barr Lake.
